My wife and I were extremely impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism that SERVPRO showed while removing the smoke damage from our home.

Very impressed that Mr. Roger was at Covington Ridge the morning of the fire. Fans were put in place to remove the smell of smoke and within hours the smell was controlled. This is important because some of the residents have breathing difficulties but no resident had to be sent to the ER.

I am satisfied with the services the crews provided.
