Steam Cleaning Equipment
SERVPRO was hired to clean a restaurant before it opened for business. We began by removing the equipment from the building to be able to clean the structure and the equipment better. The fryer was sprayed with a degreaser to help break the layers of buildup and then steam cleaned to wash away the oily layers. After the unit was steam cleaned, we dried the fryers and wiped them with a stainless polish to make them look new before returning them back to the structure to be installed.
